The completed deck reflects your construction abilities; we get compliments on it all the time. The work was completed on time and within your proposed budget. You worked well with us to accommodate changes that came up during construction. My wife felt very comfortable discussing various aspects of construction with you as a result of your good communication skills.
Being quite satisfied with the results of the deck, I requested your assistance on another project. The drainage control system you constructed has functioned just as envisioned, eliminating the problem of water damage to the office.
I am also very satisfied with additional projects you have completed for me, including design and construction of a more secure front door to my office, creation of additional cellar storage, and the redesign of the gas pipe layout which enabled us to relocate our clothes dryer.
